Apple will not get involved with lost/stolen AirPods. They will give you the same advice I did.

You could also try opening the case near your iPhone, and if they have enabled Lost Mode it will show contact information.

It's nice of you to try but there is no way for you to contact the owners. Turn those in to the local police or a near by store's lost and found.
