AirPods Pro 2 disconnecting while listening To music both left and right earbuds

When I listen to music while working, I usually face the problem of my earbuds being disconnected. That is very very annoying because it happened a lot of time. I have even changed the seal of the earbuds, but nothing does work. It’s still continue to disconnect for a while and then I have to click on play to start how to resume the music. I don’t know how to solve this, but This has to be solved.
