Logitech mouse clicks not working in Safari on Mac Mini 4

Magic Mouse works fine on new Mac Mini 4 but two Logitech mouses will not click on Safari even though connected and pointer moving, e.g., the pointer resting on "close" or "minimize" in Safari does not respond when clicked (can't close or minimize Safari). The Logitech Options app isn't of any help. What am I missing here?
