Apple Music access with the purchase of new iPhone

my phone plan comes with apple music but when i got a new phone it won’t allow me to access my apple music account. it asks me to pay and i want to see why and how it could be fixed.

The offer you saw is for new subscribers only, so if you previously used a free trial to Apple Music, you are not eligible. That is typical for most free trial offers. They cannot be used more than once.
