Air Pods Pro 2 Case battery status does not show in iPhone widgets

Hello everyone,

I have recently upgraded my air pods pro 1 to air pods pro2 (USB type C with wireless charge) and find the case battery level will not show up in the battery widgets.

I have tried many different ways but not luck including:

1, forget the devices and reconnect

2, remove from my apple account and connect/add it back

3, even the ways on the reddit - disable "find my" - power off - re enable "find my"

4, checked both my iPhone 11 PRO (18.2) and air pods pro 2 firmware to the latest (7B21 for the air pods and 71.8.0 for the case)

Has any other users have same issue? if so has your issue been resolved and if possible how?
