Why are my AirPods not pairing with my device?

Airpods have the amber light n green light too. But it suddenly stop paring with my device.. Tried to reset many times but it wont reset and no any white light..Now it wont show up in my device list once i did forget my device.. Alredy clean up earpods case too.. do anyone know the problem and how to fix it?
