I have Apple air tag on vehicle. The time always changing. The car has been parked for 3 days but the the time on my device changes. Does the time stamped mean the vehicle moved or when I look at the AirTag on my iPhone?

their only means of communication is bluetooth so the range is around 30meters, if no iphones
with Bluetooth enabled, have been in the range of the airtag then they are dead in the water. so it does not mean anything moved, it just means that the limitation of how these devices work mean without an iPhone within range they have no idea about their location and no means to provide you with any location by any means.
