Vertically aligned textbox realignment in printed Numbers file
Why does a vertically aligned textbox in my Numbers file realign when printed?

You did not post an image or screenshot (of a PDF "print") but I can imagine what you are talking about and I am willing to bet it is a bug. There have been other bugs related to printing that Apple neglected to fix for a long time. I can no longer upgrade so I don't know when or if the ones I have seen will be or have been fixed. I suspect all are still there and this one can be added to the list.
