AirPod pro left or right headphone isn’t working, FIXED!

There are a lot of posts that talk about lot about connecting disconnecting, plug in to charger for 30 seconds, etc. did all that. Finally occurred to me, even though I’m extremely clean and sanitize my tips a lot, I never clean the stems. Take a cotton swab and put a little bit of rubbing alcohol or hand sanitizer on it and gently clean down in the case where the tip of the headphone stem rests. There is where the charging contacts are and if they even get a little bit of dirt on them it will block the connection. Clean the headphone stem contacts too, the silver plates on the stem. I had to post fix as a question since they have all closed.

Cleaning AirPods:

Using alcohol to clean your AirPods is unwise. You should seek help. This may have become a health hazard.

Use a Wooden Toothpick for Earwax:

When’s the last time you cleaned these? Go here: How to Clean your AirPods and EarPods - Apple Support. There may debris getting in the way here. So, use a microfiber-cloth to clean the outside of them. Also, using a wooden toothpick, lightly slip it inside the case, seeing if you can slowly remove gunk (i.e. earwax). It may take a few tries. Tap the debris softly, and then extract the wooden toothpick, continuing until all is gotten out.
