I'm encountering an issue when trying to restore my iPhone. The Apple Devices app detects my iPhone, but when I click on Restore iPhone, nothing happens.
Additionally, I tried using iTunes, but it doesn't show the iPhone icon at all.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue or can suggest any troubleshooting steps?

Once the newer Apple apps, such as Apple Devices, are installed, iTunes no longer has those functions. So you'll use Apple Devices now.
As to your problem, whatever was occurring that caused you to think you needed to restore it may also be blocking that restore, but perhaps something here will help:
If you can't update or restore your iPhone or iPod touch - Apple Support
If it still won't work, you may need to log into your Apple Account and remove Activation Lock and try restoring again.
If none of that helps, you'll probably need to take your iPhone to an Apple Store or authorized Apple service center for evaluation.
