I Cloud Renewal Required or Data Deleted?

My husband received an “Urgent email stating that his renewal failed and that he needed to update his information. That his information would be deleted (in one place) or suspended (in another place in email). He forwarded it to me. I clicked on the renewal link to see. It went to a web address that doesn’t work…. It was blesshef.org.

Does anyone know anything about this?
