I was sent a spreadsheet that i have edited and added more information to on my computer (not apple product). I now am complete with the spreadsheet and would like to save it as a PDF. Can you please explain how i can do this.

A forum dedicated to the Numbers app for Apple devices may not be the best place to ask for guidance on how to do something on an (unspecified) non-Apple computer.😀
Perhaps if you can give some details someone here can help. Otherwise you might be better off finding a forum for your computer.
(On a Mac saving as pdf is simple. File > Print... and choose the PDF dropdown).
