Lost Access to Excel File I have spent over 15hrs developing an Excel workbook on my Windows PC. I noticed today that it had not yet synced to iCloud. So, I thought I would force it by choosing "Free up space" so it would only be in iCloud. Ever since I did that I am unable to access the file and it still does not appear in iCloud. I have tried everything I know of. Rebooted. Shut down iCloud from Task menu. Tried to access on PC w/o iCloud running, etc. I just created a new test file and it is also not syncing. The issue seems to be with files originating in Windows. I have not yet experienced an issue with files originating on Mac. ICloud version is 14.1. Windows version is 11. This is extremely frustrating and I really do not want to have to re-do 15hrs of work.

IPad & Microsoft 365 I have 365 on my iPad. I deleted a bunch of old Word files & folders. Now I can’t find my Excel files. I have looked in Document Recovery on Onedrive. Not there. Any idea where else it might be?

Unable to retrieve a previously saved version of a file from iCloud Drive Dear community, I have an excel file saved in icloud drive which I access everyday. Today suddenly it stopped opening with an error Excel cannot open the file ’CC Bills 2023.xlsx’ because the file format or file extension is not valid. I have asked Apple Help and Senior Advisor's help too - to recover a previously saved version of the file They clarified they can not retrieve any old versions of this file Also, the other way suggested - Open using NUMBERS - Select Browse all versions and open previously saved files - also did not work - as the Numbers app becomes Unresponsive as soon as I select browse all versions I am wondering, isn't it the basic feature of a drive - to retrieve the previous versions of the file - that too just 24hr old? Do you know any work arounds for this
