Importing vCards from MS Outlook to iCloud Contacts Not Working

I have created a folder with approximately 50 vCards created in Outlook 365. After several years of just focusing on Outlook for new contact information, its time to update my iPhones and get everything in sync.

When I try to import just a single vCard, I get the message that it can't happen because there is a problem with the vCard. How does one troubleshoot that issue?

Export Contacts from iCloud / Import Contacts into Outlook I had a lot of difficulty in discovering how to import iCloud contacts into Outlook. Go to icloud.com/contacts on a tablet, laptop, or desktop browser. Select the gear icon. Click on Select All. Select the gear icon again. Select Export vCard. Download or save the vcf file. Convert the vcf file to a csv file: VCF to CSV - Convert document online (aconvert.com). Download or save the csv file. Open Outlook (not the app) in a browser. Select Manage contacts. Select Import contacts. Upload the csv file. Select Import.
