Contact the local police. AppleCare+ doesn't cover stolen AirPods.

Otherwise, expect to replace them.
AppleCare+ does not cover lost or stolen AirPods Pro devices.

No, only AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss coverage covers theft or loss, not AppleCare+.

1. Only iPhones have a policy which covers that.
2. Investigate it like any other; you may be asked for the serial number, location in Find My, or other information.
