Turning on Genius : Stuck on Gathering info

I was interested in what recommendations the genius would make to find some new/old music I might be interested in, but It won't pass set 1 (no indication its doing anything).

Went to the library then turned it on, and it just gave a green Check mark next to step one. I left it there all day, came back and no progress. My Library is not that big.

I tried it again the next day and the same thing is accrued. Should there be any indication of progress. I'm not getting any. I tried the activity window and that was blank.

I've seen other posts but they are old, and didn't seem to help. So I'm thinking this shouldn't be an issue anymore for the vast majority of current users. Help?
