AirPods Pro compatibility with second Gen USB C case

Will my first Gen AirPods Pro’s be compatible with a second Gen USB C case? Am I able to just take the AirPods out and move them across and they will work like normal?

I just need the USB C and wireless charging options which the first gen case doesn’t have.
