Does anyone know how to add music to an ipod in 2025 with all these "ur music is in apple music" versions?

You should be able to do it is using the Apple Devices app. So far I've yet to see any benefit in Apple Music over iTunes and have no plans to swap to it. You have to uninstall each of Apple Music, Apple TV and Apple Devices for iTunes to work properly again.
