AirPods calling random contacts after reading out a text

Been an ongoing issue for over a year.. After Siri reads out a text message, if I make any noise it’ll dial a random contact that sounds similar to what my AirPods picked up. Would be useful to atleast toggle off Siri calling when the phone is locked which should already be off by default(Obviously isn’t).
