Iphone and Laptop are not syncing calenders

I have an iphone and the calender on there is my bible, but I use a windows laptop at work and so need to log into apple online in order to pull up my icalender and view it on a web page to have it on my computer. Anything I add on my ical doesn't seem to appear on my computer version, though?

One of my iphone accounts listed in the calendar does not give option to sync calendar I have an Iphone 13 which has two accounts, my icloud account and comcast. For the comcast account in the calendar section it only gives two options, mail and notes but for the icloud account it provides for iCloud Drive, Contacts, Calendars.
