AirPods Pro 1st Gen Case Making Unusual Quiet Sounds (Firmware 7B21)

Hi everyone,

I’ve noticed that my AirPods Pro 1st Gen charging case is emitting a very quiet, unusual sound that doesn’t seem mechanical but rather comes from the system itself. The firmware version of the AirPods is 7B21, and the case firmware is 71.8.0.

I’ve already tried resetting the AirPods and charging the case fully, but the sound persists. It’s not constant—it seems to occur randomly.

Has anyone else experienced this? Could this be related to the firmware version, or is it a hardware issue?
