my girlfriends airpods pro 2 won

My girlfriends airpods pro 2 won’t fit the same as my airpods pro 2, and as a result they won’t charge. They worked fine until she lost the original case and bought a replacement case. Her airpods say «made in Vietnam» and mine say «made in China»
