What should I do if my AirPods Pro Max keeps disconnecting?

Hello, my Airpod Pro Max's have had an ongoing issue with connecting to my devices, randomly disconnecting from my devices, and not allowing noise cancelation. I have Apple Care + and have had them sent in to have the issue fixed. They worked properly for roughly a week and I am having the same issue again. I would like to know my options for getting them fixed again vs a possible replacement pair or returning them.

No one here can help as Apple Support is not here and does not monitor these forums. We are all fellow users, not Apple employees or Apple contractors. As fellow users we have no inside information about your options. You should simply follow the same procedures you used to get the first repair.

As for warranty terms Apple has the option to repair or replace. You can ask for a replacement but there is no guarantee Apple will agree.

It’s also possible that your issues are caused by something other than a defective product. Bluetooth technology can be extremely finicky when it comes to interference.
