Translating Numbers File from English to Arabic in One Step

I created a file using numbers application in English. The file contains several sheets. and I would like to translate the whole content from English to Arabic in one step, rather than going to each row or column and do the translation separately, which may take time and efforts.

Please advise.

The missing detail is how you're doing the translation in the first place.

Are you selecting text and using the system translation (e.g. ctrl-click -> Translate -> Replace with Translation ?

If so, as you've found, that only works on selected text, not ranges of cells.

If you want to use the same system then you need to step out of Numbers. Either save the sheet in a text-based format (such as CSV), or copy the cells you want to translate and paste into TextEdit (or some other text-based application. From here you should be able to translate the text, then copy it back into your spreadsheet.

Hi Tom

yes. Let me make more clear. The file is already created and all the data was entered in English. I would like to translate them all at once in once click, if that possible, and to keep the English sentences as well. I know the common was as shown in the attached file. I am also sharing with you a captured of the file, I plan to translate. The file consist in each sheet say from 20-30 questions, and also consists of several sheets.
