Airpods Pro 2 ANC not working as expected. Sounds like its in an extreme transparency mode

My right earbud is not working correctly in ANC. No it is not in transparency mode. It is the same issue that plagued units manufactured before October 2020. Apple refuses to acknowledge this. What can be done to fix this issue? They are still under warranty but, again, Apple tech at store refused to say anything was wrong after running various tests.

Same! I’m becoming more and more disappointed with Apple. I’ve been an Apple user since the very first iPhone came out. When I first got my AirPod pro 2, the noise cancellation was excellent. About a month ago I noticed that it wasn’t working anymore. I did all the things suggested by Apple and finally; after arguing with them about what my AppleCare+ plan covers, they sent me new buds. I updated the new ones, charged them and the issue persists. I’m about to throw out every Apple product I own with all of the issues I’m experiencing, like the lag while typing, touch screen not working, now this.
