iTunes is broken, my songs are no longer attached to the correct albums and I can’t find the music I want to listen to in my Apple Music Library

After an update my iTunes music and albums have been completely messed up. I have always used the Albums view because I have purchased a great deal of albums straight from Apple Music and I have uploaded many of my own albums to my Apple Music app.

I never had any issues with my Apple Music app until one of the updates I did. Then, all of a sudden, I would click on Albums and I would see one song only, that does NOT belong to the album, or I have double versions of albums that duplicated. I can’t listen to my music any-longer because I cannot locate the albums/songs I want to listen too. I’ve spent a great deal of money with purchasing music from the Apple Music store and now I can’t use the App that Apple provides us to use because they have NOT fixed this issue in over a year.

I went in to the Apple Store to get it fixed and they told me the only way to fix it is to now pay for this $25 yearly membership on Apple to manage my music… What the heck!!! Why should we have to pay yet another fee to play the music we purchased, which was working perfectly fine until an Apple update.

Please fix the Apple Music App that was broken with a 17 update. It is very clear that Apple is aware of this given the new $25 annual fee you can purchase to fix this problem with an antiquated version to pair your songs with the correct albums.

Instead of creating new apps and add-ons. Please fix one of your major App’s that was broken over a year ago!
