Trade-In Packing Kit: Will the Courier Provide It or Pack on the Spot?

I've scheduled a pickup time for the courier to collect my old MacBook for trade-in, as I recently purchased a Mac Mini. The Mac Mini has already arrived, but I haven’t received a trade-in packing kit and shipping label yet—will it be packed on the spot, or will the courier provide the packing kit at the time of collection?
