AirPods Pro Gen2 battery and 'Find My' issues

i got a new airpods pro gen2, but i have some technical issues with it, and i don’t know if i should checked it out, or i can fix it.
So i tried everything, but my phone doesn’t show the case’s battery (only if i open it up, but even then the percentage is incorrect) and i can’t see the ‘find my network’ option in the bluetooth settings. Also it doesn’t give a low battery warning, only just stops working. I thought this was normal, but it turns out it’s not.
I would really appreciate any advice, thanks in advance.
