Voice Memos App in iTunes Missing

Hi,

I want to get the voice memos off of my iPhone and into iTunes. IOS is 17.5.1, iTunes is 12.13.4.4.

I did select "sync" voice memos in iTunes but it does not download the memos from my phone to iTunes.

I have reviewed various links, here is one for example Voice Memos Link

I did try installing iCloud for windows on my computer but I do not see voice memos.

In iTunes, I select my device, File Sharing, and I do not have a Voice Memos there.

Please advise on how to get the voice memos (without select each one in the iPhone Voice Memos and emailing them)? I would think iTunes should be able to access these.
