iCloud for Windows setup error with 64-bit Outlook on Windows 11

Hi

There is a lot of information out there regarding this error since years and yes a lot of "solutions" the might but don't solve the issue at all.

1. My skill level: IT proffessionell since over 20 years
2. My PC is Windows 11 Home 24H2
3. Microsoft Office LTSC Professional Plus 2024 64bit is installed
4. All is working as it should if NO iCloud sync is installed

Installing iCloud the mess is starting up with all stupid hints that there is an issue on Outlook installation/configuration.

When will Apple provide a version of iCloud for Windows that works with 64bit version of Outlook?
