Is it safe to keep the Apple Pencil Pro attached to the iPad all the time?

Hi everyone,

I have a question about using the Apple Pencil. Is it safe to keep it magnetically attached to the iPad all the time? I’m concerned if this could potentially damage the Apple Pencil’s battery or the iPad in the long run.

I understand that the Apple Pencil charges automatically when it’s attached, but I’d like to know if keeping it connected constantly could affect its performance or lifespan.
