AirPod pro gen 2 won’t factory reset

Resetting because the case won’t show up in Find My. It will flash red when attempting to factory reset it, but it won’t flash white when done, just straight to solid green. And my name for the pods show up on my Bluetooth screen when pairing so I know it’s not resetting.
