How do I track my lost AirPods Pro 2?

If my AirPods Pro 2 are stolen during the warranty period, can they be recovered?

I have used the location search function and the location was found at my colleague's home, but my colleagues did not admit that they had taken the AirPods Pro 2.

Is there any other way to find it?

I lost it in Australia and have reported it to the police, but I have not received any news yet.
