How can I contact the owner of a lost pet with AirTag?

Good afternoon. Yesterday I found a lost cat, and he has a collar in which AirTag is installed. But information about owner is not displayed completely - *(***) ***-*6-95. Where can be addressed to clarify for communication with the owner of the cat. Really need help!

By scanning the tag w/ NFC and following the resultant URL to Apple’s FindMy site, you’ve done EVERYTHING right. 👏

If the owner had marked the tag as “lost” in their FindMy and added a recovery aid message ….

… you would have seen it online.

Best way forward is to keep kitty and tag in the general vicinity of an iPhone so that it’s position keeps updating for the owner.

Also periodically re-scan / re-browse to check if an updated recovery aid message has been added to Apple’s FindMy web site.
