How do I avoid AirPods 4 charge draining fast?

I've had my AirPods 4 since January 6th, and I've noticed the battery drains unusually fast. For example, they went from 100% to 96% within a couple of minutes without active use and sometimes they drain unevenly.

I've ensured Optimized Battery

Charging is on and reset the AirPods, but the issue persists. Could you assist me with this? Should I consider a replacement?
