AirPods Max or AirPods Pro 2 which is better use in tinnitus

I have been having a lot of confusion in buying headphones as in which one to buy the AirPods Max or AirPods Pro 2 . As I am been suffering from tinnitus past 5 years .. And I have stopped using AirPods because of that in last 5 years ..

But I now have a wish to use AirPods Max ..

But the cause to my tinnitus was AirPods 1st generation which was used for a very prolong time ..

Now in AirPods Pro 2 it has the hearing aid function ..

But I am worried it can agitate my hearing problem more .. and even tinnitus

But will AirPods Max the over the headphone will do the same ?

Will AirPods Pro max agitate my tinnitus ? As the AirPods Pro 2
