My Wacom Intuos tablet has been working perfectly with Sonoma but suddenly froze. The reason was that my Apple Watch was charging very close to it. Moving it to 15cm away immediately resolved the problem.
I am only adding this information to the Community in case freezing pointers can be cleared so simply by removing a conflicting item

Good point! When using wireless charging, don't have other electronics (that you are not charging with it) nearby.
