AirTag not appearing in Find My after installation
I purchases at Apple Store and installed this morning follow instructions and named on my iPhone but now I can’t find it anywhere

By you "can't find it anywhere" are you referring to the physical tag itself, or on the Items tab of the Find My app on your iPhone?
