How can I sync Apple Music on a renewed iPhone?

I have a renewed iPhone from

amazon, wiped clean before I got it. I’ve just tried to use Apple Music and got a message saying the device had been used with another account and I had to sync my library with that account and I wouldn’t be able to use another account for 90 days. Have I misunderstood? Obviously I want the phone and my library synced with MY account.

I think I have misunderstood! It means it needs to sync the device with my account, it’s just worded badly. However when I click transfer nothing happens.
