new apple pencil pro’s “squeeze” feature is extremely unresponsive.

sometimes this pencil just becomes unresponsive when i try to squeeze. this appears almost everyday, it doesn’t give haptic feedback and nothing happens until i restart the whole iPad to fix it, then it’s happening all over again. it also makes pressure sensitivity to work weird. i draw in procreate most of the time, and i’m using ipadOS 17.7.2 on ipad pro 2024. i’m really sick of this issue, it drives me mad that i spent over 200$ for a **** stick that doesn’t even work properly! has anybody encountered the same problem? if so, have you found any solutions?
