Airpods randomly turning off

I got these Airpods a week before the Christmas holidays and they worked fine. Recently i've noticed that they will both turn off randomly. At first it happened rarely and I was fine with that but over the coming days I noticed that the left one would turn off seven times before it would stay on for a period of time. The right one rarely turns off and haven't had it disconnect in about a week.

I notice that it turns off the most when Transparency mode is turned on. (Airpods Pro 2 USB-C).

I have tried resetting the Airpods (forgetting them in bluetooth and then repairing)

I have charged them and made sure both of them are at full battery.
