problem with airpod pro 2 ,very quiet when phone rings , once call is accepted then volume is fine , seems too many settings that can be adjusted , none make any difference , airpod pro ( original worked fine ) very disappointed , missing many calls , latest software 18.2.1 iphone 14 thanks in advance
hi marco , thank you for your reply , it’s good to know that people are aware but i think it’s very poor on apples behalf , there are so many options within the headphone menu it is quite confusing , and the fact they can’t even get the basic functions of the pro 2 working is very disappointing, apple pull your finger out , else a return / refund is reqd !
It is a very well known problem also in Apple, we all wait for a solution that will probably come with the release of a new firmware. Any test has not solved the problem.
