How can I get a print out of an old ACMT certification?

Hope everyone had a happy holiday season. I wanted to inquire about getting a hold of old ACMT certifications that I had years ago when I worked at a previous workplace that required the certification. The retail shop is no longer in business, but I do recall that I had to log into GSX or some website to certify. I recently tried to log into the GSX website but it says I do not have access. Does anyone have any idea how to get in or get a reprint?

Thanks,

Eric

Welcome!

We are all other end users, not Apple, so all we can do is point. 👉🏻

GSX was replaced by ATLAS a few years back. These are the only Apple documents I found that talk about contacting ATLAS:

How to access ATLAS - Apple Support

About AppleCare service certifications - Apple Support

It appears your GSX log-in should work.

Whether ATLAS has old GSX certification info, we cannot know.
