AirPods Pro won't pair or reset

Hi! I am having problems with my AirPods I have the pro and

it indicates no leds unless of if I charge it (flashes red for a few seconds) than I tried to reset it by pressing the button on the back for 15 second and nothing happens

if anyone knows a fix please let me know
