Unable to set any song on Apple Music as alarm

I used to be able to set any song on Apple Music as my alarm. Recently, I changed my Apple ID on my phone and I have a new Apple Music account now too, and it’s no longer letting me use all songs as alarms, just really random ones. Any that don’t work are playing the generic alarm sound instead of the song. I haven’t done anything differently and all these songs are downloaded. Is there a solution to this?
