if I do a new backup with whatsapp being moved, does the old iPhone cloud backup and new backup merge? So I have everything , and once erasing again I can backup everything .?!!!

No and no.

IF you use move from android, then your iphone will contain all the data from the android and wiping any data on the iphone.

There is no merging of backup, recent backup will replace the old backup.
