Podcast Volume is low via AirPods on IOS18

I recently updated to IOS18.2.1, have an iPhone 14 Pro and Airpods Pro 2nd Gen.

I listen to podcasts through the Apple Podcast App during the day, and since updating I have to turn the volume up to max to be able to hear the podcasts properly through my Airpods….however this is the only app that’s affected. When my phone rings it’s extremely loud in my ear. I have tested with Apple Music and the volume is fine.

Anyone else have these issues and any fixes?
