Cleanup: Phone Storage Cleaner

Help! I downloaded the highly-rated Cleanup: Phone Storage Cleaner this morning. It cleaned up my Contacts and Emails as it promised, but I need to recover some very important emails in my Gmail folders and about 1,000 contacts. I cannot find them in my iCloud. I'm not able to find instructions on how to recover them and Support Team has not returned my emails. Does anyone have any idea on how I can recover these lost items?
