AirPods Pro don't work during phone calls

Hej

I have AirPods Pro, connected to the iPhone and I am listening to music. Then a phone call comes in - I pick up but the AirPods are not working, also, the person on the other end cant hear me at all - and and hang up.... what's the problem?
