Profile picture not showing in activity for shared albums.

I’m going to start from the beginning and keep it precise not to bore anyone.  

I I’ve around ten shared albums who I share with family members only.

If I comment like or share a photo in a shared album, then go to activity.  

My profile picture does not show up where it says “you liked a photo”  “you commented” ect.

It’s not specific to my device.  

If I look on my iPad in the activity section.  My profile photo shows.  

It was happening on my 12 Pro Max back in November when I opened a case with Apple support. 

The case is still open and ongoing but looking to see if anyone else has the same problem.  

I have since bought a 16 pro Max with the same issue.  

I can replicate the problem on my wife’s 12 pro Max and her 9th gen iPad.  

I can also replicate it on my son’s iPhone 11 and his iPad 10th gen. 

I can replicate it on my mums iPhone 11 and her iPad Air 3rd gen

I have completely wiped my phone and fresh installed both iOS 17 and iOS 18.  

I’ve been dealing with Apple support for nearly 2 months now.  

All devices on the latest iOS.

Anyone else able to try and replicate this issue for me. 

or even better have a fix. 🧐
